ES-B2K is a 2 component high and low pressure spraying system with 55 hp HONDA gasoline engine or a 1480 rpm, two-speed AC electric motor. These engines can be exchanged according to the requirements of on-site use. Pumps is configured with two high volume low pressure Device-driven diaphragm units. Motor drives two pumps via belts on pulleys. The system can deliver 50L/min of liquid material on ratio 10:1.

Description

ES-B2K is a 2 component high and low pressure spraying system with 55 hp HONDA gasoline engine or a 1480 rpm, two-speed AC electric motor. These engines can be exchanged according to the requirements of on-site use. Pumps is configured with two high volume low pressure Device-driven diaphragm units. Motor drives two pumps via belts on pulleys. The system is about 3MPA and can deliver 35 liters - 40 liters of liquid material per minute.

The system use an external mixing airless spray gun with two heads and two tips together at same time with ratio 10:1 but can be adjusted with different tip to archive different ratio like 8:1.
