J2 joint machine

The J2 with 1,6lt tank can fill stone or brick wall joints up to 7 times faster than by hand.

Mounts on any type of corded or battery-powered drill equipped with a speed variator. (mandrel Ø 10mm mini).

The J2 accepts all types of coatings:

- Mortars sold ready to use commercially and mechanized are completely compatible (eg: Parex, PRB, Weber, etc.). Their dosage is ideal and ensures good continuity in color.

- It is possible to make your own mortar. This should be smooth (made up of enough binders so that the grains of sand roll on top of each other without clumping).
Example of dosage: 3 volumes of quality sand to be coated 0/2 or 0/3 for 1 volume of lime (or 1⁄2 volume of lime and 1⁄2 volume of white cement).
A maximum grain size of 3 mm is however recommended for maximum efficiency.

For cleaning, assembly and disassembly of the worm screw takes a few seconds.
