MR series
The features of the MR and ASV guns ensure that the covering product is atomised and surround it in a jet of air so that it is softly deposited with precision on the support to be painted. Thus it prevents or limits the fog effect reducing the dispersion of the sprayed material in the air by 50% in comparison with the traditional system. As a result, the efficiency increases up to 60-80%, also a benefit for the operator’s health and for the environment.

Speed and top performance
The spray gun features enable the user to atomise the covering product, to wrap it up in air jet and to gently and accurately settle it on the surface to be painted.
As a consequence, it enables the user to avoid or to limit the overspray effect by reducing the dispersion of spraying materials by 20-40% in the air compared to traditional systems, thus increasing the yield up to 60-80%, also to the advantage of the operator’s health and the environment.
It comes with 3 nozzles 1.3mm, 1.7mm and 2.5mm plus key injectors.

Simplicity and precision

The ASV spray gun enables the user to stain with high accuracy because the dispersion is reduced by spraying the material from 20 to 40% in the air compared to the traditional coating systems of air compressors, thereby increasing the yield up to 60-80%, for the benefit of the operator's health and the environment. With HVLP guns can still paint under shelter while it rains. The hot air turbine dried color quickly without being affected by the weather !!

What is HVLP turbine ?
- It is an ecological paint system that provides a high volume of air at low pressure (High Volume Low Pressure) .
- The pressure turbine according to the range of 0.1 to 0,5 bar. The air flow rate can be adjusted from very low to very high speed. paint easily, quickly and with great accuracy.
- Consumption of your materials is reduced due to minimal overspray (frost) -80%.
- The air generated by the turbine does not need water trap is always dry, warm and dry as opposed to the air that produces air compressor.
- The color dry more quickly and evenly spread on the surface. Ideal for all kinds of water or solvent paints.
