High-Pressure Firefighting System

The DYNASET HPW-FIRE High-Pressure Firefighting System has a large variety of products that use the mobile machine’s hydraulic system as a power source.

HPW-FIRE High-Pressure Firefighting System

Key Benefits

HPW-Fire is a hydraulic powered and high-pressure version of firefighting. Our products cover special nozzles, pumps, pressure intensifiers, piercing tools, and a flow multiplier.

Safe way to lower the temperature of the super heated gasses to prevent the back draft

Piercing nozzles have a robust structure and you can use them as a piercing tool

Less water damage with a small droplet size

Fast and easy to use

Reliable

Compact

Lightweight

Two-year or 2000hour warranty

Features

While the safety of the firefighters are always the first priority, there are also other features in the high-pressure firefighting system

More water from fire hydrants with a flow multiplier

Effective firefighting solutions with high-pressure water

Integrated to the rescue or firefighting vehicle

Every configuration is designed by Dynaset experts

FP Firefighting Piercing Kit

DYNASET FP Firefighting Piercing Kit uses a mobile machine’s hydraulic system as a power source to produce piercing power and high-pressure water for fire extinguishing.

DYNASET JPL Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump converts the hydraulic power of a vehicle or into high-pressure water for bin washing. The garbage collection and the bin washing services can efficiently be done with one vehicle.

Key Benefits

It enables a firefighting team to pierce through windows, walls, and roofs to extinguish a fire with high-pressure water mist before firefighters enter the room.

High-pressure water mist suppresses fire and drastically lowers room temperature

Safe way to lower temperature of superheated gasses to prevent backdraft

Enables safe entrance for firefighters

Extinguishes rooms that would be either hard or too dangerous to enter

Smaller water damages when distinguishing due to low water consumption

Operated remotely

Fast and easy to use

Low water consumption

Saves time, space, water damages, lives, and resources

Easy installation on all hydraulic systems

Reliable

Compact

Eco-friendly

Two-year or 2000 hour warranty

Features

In addition to the optimised water flow, which minimise the water damages caused to the buildings in firefighting, there is useful features.

Remotely operated piercing tool

Effective fire extinguishing with high-pressure water mist

Optimal water consumption due to small droplet size

Integration on a rescue or firefighting vehicle

Uses a vehicle’s hydraulic system as power source

Piercing tool located on the vehicle’s boom

How Does the Firefighting Piercing Kit Work?

The FP Firefighting Piercing Kit utilizes a vehicle’s hydraulic system as a power source to produce high-pressure water and operate the piercing tool.

Hydraulic oil flow is led to HPW Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump through the pressure line

The Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high-pressure water for fire extinguishing

The hydraulic oil is led back to vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line

The hydraulic oil flow and pressure of the vehicle’s hydraulic system is also used to provide power for the piercing tool.

The piercing head is launched through the wall or window and it automatically begins to spray high-pressure water mist in the room to extinguish the fire

The system is controlled remotely

Applications

Fire fighting

Remote fire extinguishing and piercing windows, roofs, light walls, doors.
