HAC Hydraulic Abrasive Cutting System

HAC Hydraulic Abrasive Cutting System is a hydraulic-powered cold-cutting system. The system is used for cold-cutting applications in various fields of industries, for example, in the rescue sector, the HAC Hydraulic Abrasive Cutting System is used for extinguishing fire safely through walls, doors, and roofs. As a rescue accessory, we also supply an accessory that allows users to spread firefighting foam with the system’s pistol. It can be used for cutting e.g. metal or concrete as well as wood.

How it works?

The hydraulic high pressure water pump utilizes a machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s hydraulic system as power source. The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used for extinguishing fire through walls, doors, and roofs, or it is used for cutting metal, concrete, wood, etc.

Hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic high pressure water pump through the pressure line

The hydraulic high pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high pressure water

The hydraulic oil is led back to vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line

The Abrasive sand is mixed to the pressurized water flow

The abrasive sand is added to the water stream directly to the pressure line increasing its kinetic energy

The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used for extinguishing fire through walls, doors, and roofs, or it is used for cutting metal, concrete, wood, etc. by using a water piston.
