Heating System
The heating system of two separate hydraulically and electrically independent block heaters. Each heater incorporates 4 heating elements that supply a total power of 4500W with the necessary control and safety features for the best performance of the system. The special design of the heaters allows for a DT of 50ºC and enables it to reach application temperatures of 90ºC in normal environmental temperature conditions.
Heating Hose System
The hose heating system is designed with 3000W isolation transformer that allows the heating of up to 93m.
Control Panel
Touch buttons allowed to control easy heating power of each heaters, hose heating and hydraulic unit with hose and hydraulic over temperature alarm.
Proportioning Pumps & Hydraulic unit
Stainless steel vertical precise proportioning pump with long lifetime. High output up to 15kg/min with easy maintenance. Hydraulic with intercooler system to keep hydraulic oil in stable temperature comparing old technology machines.
