In 1965, as one of the first, the German company Mathis Kalkwerk, owner of the famous dry mortar brand maxit, started to introduce mixing pumps and plastering machines for the processing of pre-mixed construction products. Just a couple of years later the first silo for transporting industrial dry mortar was developed. To meet the growing demand in machine technology, in 1978 Mathis Kalkwerk founded the m-tec mathis technik gmbh (well known as m-tec), located in the southwest of Germany. In the following 4 decades, m-tec became the today’s global player as designer and manufacturer of almost any kind of technology in the fast growing dry mortar industry. Today m-tec machinery can be also found in many other bulk solid applications. Numerous foundations of subsidiaries in major markets such as 1993 in Czech Republic and in 2005 in China testify the successful expansion of the company. In all these years, m-tec has confirmed many times its unique ability to innovate. More than 100 patents and utility models and the reputation as leading innovator in technology and as provider of individual system solutions are proof of this. Many technical innovations which m-tec has implemented over the decades can still be considered as milestone both in job site machinery as well as in plant equipment & engineering.

The P50 is available in different designs suitable for the different applications with an output up to 110 l/min.

The constructive concept of the m-tec P50 leads to “siteadapted” machine configurations, which allow the optimal performances for each individual application process. Two sizes of hopper are available, 90 liters and 120 liters.

The latter can be optionally equipped with an additional agitator, which grants the perfect mixing quality also for the hardly mixable products. The m-tec P50 can be equipped with 5,5 kW, 7,5 kW or 8,3 kW power engine.
If requested, the drive speed can be controlled by an inverter. Thus, the pumping capacity can be easily adapted to the requirements of the jobsite.

The control panel, with clearly arranged components, is designed as a stand-alone unit, so that the pump itself can be easily cleaned even by mean of a high pressure cleaner. Moreover all the P50 variants are equipped with the “easy to clean” stainless steel hopper. Of course, the P50 is equipped with connections for operating with an air compressor and for the fully automatic feeding by a mixing unit. The big wheels enable smooth transport on site.

As a powerful unit, the m-tec F100/140 pneumatic conveyor system with pressure silos set standards for the feeding of application devices, such as the duo-mix mixing pump.
Even over the long distances found on large building sites or in multi-storey construction projects, the F100/140 can be used for the pneumatic conveyance of all typical premixed dry mortar products - in particular interior and exterior plaster, but also bricklaying mortar.

The F100/140 does away with the need for the time-consuming unloading, carrying, opening and emptying of bagged material because it transports the product through its sealed system directly from the silo to the application machine. A continuous material flow and very high conveying performance are just as much taken for granted as a rational, clean way of working. The tried-and-tested conveyor system needs no intervention from personnel when it comes to the continuous feeding of processing machinery.

As a very well equipped version, the F100+/F140+ offers the conveying system a fully automatic mode that has rational details such as the monitoring of the rotational direction or automatic emptying of conveying hoses in addition to features such as silo monitoring and regulation.

Conveyor system F is available in a portable version, a mobile trailer-mounted version or as a block conveyor system mounted on the silo.

Information

The m-tec hurrican conveyor system is used in combination with gravity-flow silos or containers for feeding application devices, such as the M300 mixing pump.
This means that the m-tec hurrican conveyor system is the ideal entry level system for modern application technology.

The hurrican does away with the need for the time-consuming unloading, carrying, opening and emptying of bagged material because it transports the product through its sealed system directly to the application machine. Performance can be increased even further by adding an optional auxiliary compressor, enabling even heavy products to be transported over long distances.

The hurrican can also be extended to enable bagged material to be processed. An optional vacuum device is used to filter the dust that is normally created and thus ensures rational, clean running.

Information

The new G140 pneumatic conveying system features optimised technology that can pneumatically transport conventional premixed dry mortar products (interior and exterior plasters, bricklaying mortars) over distances that previously were the sole domain of pressurized silos.

An additional convincing feature of the G140 is its ease of handling. Thanks to its “smart solution”, conveying air now no longer needs to be set manually to each product and conveying distance.

The G140 knows automatically how much conveying air is needed and regulates it accordingly. The conveying capacity can be increased even further with an optional auxiliary compressor, when even heavier products can be transported over large distances.

The G140 does away with the need for the time-consuming unloading, carrying, opening and emptying of bagged material because it transports the product through its sealed system directly from the silo to the application machine.

The G140 conveyor is available as a portable version, for mounting in a trailer, or as a compact unit for silo installations.
